Bethany Allen

Bethany Allen is the Pastor of Spiritual Formation & Leadership Development at Bridgetown Church in downtown Portland. She has a deep passion to see women defined by who they were created to be: image-bearers of God. Compelled by her affection for the scriptures and her desire to be an effective learner in order to be an effective teacher, Bethany works hard counseling women, developing curriculum, and planning alongside Bridgetown’s pastoral team. A southern belle by birth, Bethany moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2007. She earned a Master of Arts in Specialized Ministry with a focus in Pastoral Care to Women from Western Seminary in 2011.

Karen Harmon

Karen Harmon is a homeschool mom, physical therapist, business owner, speaker, writer, and ministry leader. For over 30 years, Karen has served in various areas of church ministry, including worship, women’s, leadership development, media, youth, young adults, and mentorship. She has been a licensed physical therapist for over 20 years and owns Function360,which provides specialized physical rehabilitation and wellness consultations for a variety of patients and is in awe at how God has used her practice to share Jesus with others. Karen has spoken at conferences and seminars and has sat on several TV, live event, and curriculum panels discussing anything from leadership and work to motherhood and ministry. She has also contributed several articles for various publications and websites. With transparency and humor, Karen loves to empower women to passionately pursue Jesus and their God-given dreams, purpose, and callings through all their many roles. Karen and her husband Lee have been married for 19 years, have 3 amazing children, and reside in Dallas, Texas!

Lisa Bishop

Lisa is passionate about unleashing the extraordinary in people and creating a safe place of listening and exploration that cultivates growth and transformation. She is passionate about God's Word and coming alongside others to live into and from their full identity in Christ, empowered by Holy Spirit. Lisa holds a degree from Illinois State University and is pursuing her MA in leadership and biblical studies. She is a certified MCORE Coach, Transformational Leadership Coach, and has a Coachnet Leadership Development Coaching Certification. She is the founder of Living a Life Unleashed, a training company that equips and transforms Christian leaders in the marketplace and vocational ministry. For 12 years Lisa was Director of Women's Ministry and Director of Leadership Development for small groups at Park Community Church in Chicago. She brings 25+ years of experience in working with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations.

Faith Eury Cho

Faith Eury Cho has been a preacher since she was 19-years-old and has a burning passion to know the Presence of God, articulate the gospel, and champion the marginalized. She holds a Masters of Divinity with a concentration on Global Studies from Liberty University’s Rawling School of Divinity and has been ministering within the church for 18 years. Alongside her husband David, Faith planted and co-pastors Mosaic Covenant Church of NJ. In addition, she is also the founder and CEO of The Honor Summit, a nonprofit organization that centers Asian American women’s voices in the mission of God. She is also an itinerant speaker and writer. However, her most precious role is being a mother to her 4 children— Moriah, Elias, River, and Adalynn.

 

Jenni Wong Clayville

Jenni Wong Clayville was born and raised in Seattle, WA. but she and her family now live in the Washington D.C area. She is wife to Brian and boy-mom to Chance & Paxton. Jenni currently serves at National Community Church as the Weekend Experience Pastor and is part of the teaching team at the Northern Virginia campus. Over the past two decades, she has served as a Pastor in Portland, OR., El Paso, TX., Oklahoma City, OK., and Fort Worth, TX. Her ministry experience has varied in positions such as Worship, First Impressions, and Executive Pastor. Jenni has also served on the leadership team of Leading and Loving It for over ten years to support women in ministry internationally.

 

Ellie Cotter

Ellie Cotter is co-lead pastor with her husband Mark at ECC, a church plant in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is most passionate about the local church and is committed to seeing the Bride of Christ be the hope of the world. She has served the local church in various pastoral roles since 1999. Her desire is to see church leaders fully equipped to live the life God created them to live. She was born in South Africa, then as a teenager, immigrated to Australia with her family, and now lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two sons. She earned a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Sydney College of Divinity in 2010.

 

Dawn Jackson

Dawn Jackson recently transitioned into the role of Chief of Staff for Propel Women and Equip and Empower Ministries. Prior to this she served thirty-three years as a pastor at FAITH Church in West Covina, California. Dawn is passionate about supporting women in the development of their leadership gifts and very excited to be working on our new Propel ministry–Ecclesia: Cohorts for Women in Ministry. Outside of ministry Dawn can be found running, hiking and backpacking the trails of Southern California.

 

Bronwyn Lea

Bronwyn Lea wears many different hats: pastor of discipleship in her local church in Northern California, mom to three hilarious tween/teens, wife to fellow South African Jeremy, and editor at Propel Women. She is the author of Beyond Awkward Side Hugs, a Propel book club pick about cultivating healthier community between Christian men and women. A former lawyer and seminary graduate, she cares about justice, truth, wisdom, quality relationships within the church, and emotionally healthy spirituality — so she teaches, writes, and pastors to equip others in these areas.

Aubrey Sampson

Aubrey Sampson (M.A. Evangelism & Leadership), author of Known, The Louder Song, and Overcomer, co-planted and helps lead Renewal Church in West Chicago. She travels around the country to teach and speak and also serves as a remote teaching pastor at Timberlake, a multisite church in Seattle. Aubrey cohosts the Nothing is Wasted Podcast and the Common Good Teach and Talk Radio Show. She is passionate about hurting Christians finding God in their pain and women rising up into their God-given agency and assignments. She writes regularly for Propel Women, Christianity Today, and more.

Jeanette Salguero

Jeanette Salguero is pastor at the multicultural The Gathering Place in Orlando, FL, and vice president of the National Latino Evangelical Coalition— a powerful voice on issues that affect Latino communities in the United States. Focusing on immigration, education, and health, Salguero’s leadership offers an important voice for growing diversity and changing demographics in our country. In addition to her advocacy work, Salguero has provided consulting leadership for governmental agencies such as the Department of Health & Human Services, the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services, and the American Psychological Association around minority health disparities. Salguero is a sought-after public speaker and has published articles on multi-ethnic leadership, faith & public life, and Hispanic women’s leadership. Jeanette earned a BA in Business Administration and her graduate work is in Organizational Management from the City University of New York, and in Theology from New York Theological Seminary. Jeanette is also a graduate of Duke Divinity’s Faith & Leadership Institute. She resides in Orlando with her husband, the Rev. Dr. Gabriel Salguero and two sons, Jon-Gabriel and Seth.
